Elizabeth Jane Hurley was an English model, actress and a singer who soared to fame in the 1990s when she became Hugh Grant's girlfriend. The year 1994 was the year that Hugh Grant became the focus of worldwide media attention due to the box office successes worldwide of his movie Four Weddings and a Funeral Hurley was with him at the film's Los Angeles premiere in a plunging black Versace gown, which was pinned together by gold safety pins which gained the media's attention immediately. Her association in the company of Estee Lauder has been the major highlight of her career. It offered Hurley her very first modelling gig in the year she turned 29, and has utilized Hurley as a model in its products especially perfumes such as Sensuous Intuition and Pleasures from 1995. Most famously, she is known for her role as Vanessa Kensington, in the hit spy comedy films International Man of Mystery (2007) as well as Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000). I Kissed a Girl became an international number-one single because of its mix of sexual enticement and a refined song melody. The song also contributed to the sales for her album from 2008 called the album One of the Boys. Hot N Cold's witty, energetic second single also became popular. This album that Perry made for herself, sold more than three million copies in United States.
